All cultures are based on habits that is, work culture, family culture, community culture and more, which all result to a self-imposed individualised image, that is called "self-concept". Habits are a part of our daily lives and work practices, attitudes, beliefs, expectations and perceptions that are otherwise known as PARADIGMS.
Paradigms
Culture is usually deeply rooted in our long-term beliefs and values that individuals hold, and can be difficult to change. However, paradigms can be eradicated. Paradigms dictate how we approach and react to the world around us. It is therefore a fundamental necessity to change the surroundings by changing PARADIGMS.

I Believe Me is here to lay a perceptible and bold statement, expressed as part of the most pertinent natural laws of life, human philosophy and love. A person is most efficient, will more quickly and easily succeeds when engaged in work that he feels passionate about what he loves, or that he performs on behalf of somebody whom he adores deeply.
Therefore, before one realises and executes the rights to secure co-peration from fellow beings, they too have the right to have some sort of an expectation and co-operation from the seeker(s), which must first be a sign of willingness to co-operate with others.
This is a definite tool in creating and developing strong efficient team work and a HABIT OF DOING MORE THAN WHAT ONE IS PAID FOR, ensuring success to all who practise it in all they do. It enables everyone to establish how they may excel in any chosen field of work.
